Project Brief – Building Renovation
The property required structural repairs, interior upgrades, and modernization to improve functionality, safety, and overall property value. Several areas of the building showed signs of wear, outdated finishes, and inefficient space utilization that needed professional renovation.
Brickmot carried out a comprehensive renovation that included structural reinforcement, interior remodeling, electrical and plumbing upgrades, and finishing improvements. The work was executed under strict supervision to ensure quality workmanship, efficient resource use, and adherence to safety standards.
The renovation project was completed within 16 weeks, delivering a refreshed and structurally sound property ready for comfortable use and long-term value.
Phase 2 of the renovation commence with plastering of the re-enforced walls, fixing of widows, electrical and plumbing work and painting.
Here, the painting of both the interior and exterior of the build was completed. The decorative stone window frames were installed by skilled stonemasons to enhance the building's facade.
Interlocking Stone Installation
The property required durable interlocking pavement to improve accessibility, drainage, and the overall appearance of the compound. Brickmot prepared the ground, installed high-quality interlocking stones with proper leveling and alignment, and completed the work within 5 days.
Air Conditioning Installation
The building required modern air conditioning units to ensure comfortable and well-ventilated interior spaces after renovation. Brickmot installed energy-efficient AC systems with proper mounting and electrical connections, completing the installation within 2 days.
